About Us

Our staff, a group of diverse, experienced professionals joined to create a unique company prepared to handle all the daily tasks of the design/build process each with their own expertise. Rob is responsible for the overall management of the company, directly involved with every aspect of the business. His primary focus is working closely with you, the customer, from the initial consultation, to design, pricing, and completion of the project. Tom is a master carpenter who has worked with Rob on projects for more than two decades. His responsibilities include the day to day construction activities, Site management, coordination of sub contractors, and materials. His exceptional ability to look at all of the details, find the bottle necks and guide the completion of the project, in a clean orderly manner is unparallel in the industry. Vicki, Rob’s better half, runs the day to day financial end of the company, checking estimates to actual, account receivables/payables, payroll and employee benefits. Elise, who happens to be Rob’s sister, more importantly is his right hand gal tackling office administration, material purchases, and the daily administrative operations.
